here are some qualities that i belive the admin should have
_________________________________________________
1. Are active on forum and play TF2 frequently
2. will know how to handle any situation and not just resot to banning*see below*
3. will not abuse powers and will handle situations respocibly

*If they are chat/mic spamming-----gagged
if they are just being assholes but are following all rules-----burned,frozen,or slapped until stopped
If they continue follow steps in order:

*give them one last chance but threaten to ban
if they continue kick them
if they come back and continue ban for 3 days and notify me ASAP with reason for banning
if they serve their sentence and come back to be annoying perma ban will be issued
